Barefoot Floors is a locally owned residential flooring installation company serving Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham and surrounding Triangle communities, NC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you book a free in-home consultation, you enter your name, contact details and appointment choice on our Calendly scheduling page. When you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

When you arrive from an online ad or campaign link, we keep the campaign details included in that link (such as the ad click identifier and campaign source) in your browser so we can understand which advertising brought you to us. We also record basic page interactions, such as when a booking button or the call button is tapped, and when a consultation is booked. These records do not include your name, phone number or email.

Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which receives the name, contact and appointment details you enter there under its own privacy policy. Our consultation video is hosted on YouTube and only loads from YouTube when you press play.

If we use analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads), those providers may receive information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We will update this policy to describe any such tools we enable.

When you book a consultation or contact us, we may contact you about your request at the phone number and email you provide, including by text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business and this website (for example, hosting and communication tools), and when required by law.

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've shared, or to stop contacting you. You can also clear campaign details stored in your browser by clearing your browser's site data.
